The old "UpsideDown Banger". Has this ever happened to you? If so why?  This is the easiest "Bad BangerBungle" to avoid. But there are more insidious banger bungles you can make: banger cracked from mishandling, badly constructed/fused joints or connections, glass too thin, or not made of fused quartz or "Pyrex" borosilicate, etc. Cheap costs too much.
